IPANEMA

Between the beach where the cult of the body and the shady streets teeming with a multitude of shops more local to the hottest reign, the days pass quickly in Ipanema. Undoubtedly, the Ipanema Beach is our favorite beach side Rio heart. The 4.3 km long bay invites sunbathing but you will not be alone. Two other sites not to miss the botanical garden and the Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas Lake, located behind the Ipanema and Leblon. If you decide to walk there, know that the walk around the lake is nice but the ride is a bit long to botanical garden. Otherwise take the bus or taxi to get there.

LEBLON

Located further south on the same bay Ipanema and at the foot of the two brothers Morro Dois Irmãos the Leblon neighborhood is the most exclusive neighborhood in Rio. Hotels, European restaurants, fast food outlets, bars and chic boutiques up the streets and avenues of this trendy area. The beach is about family and has a children's park and beach-volleyball. Not accessible by subway, take the bus or taxi to get in this lively neighborhood.

Where to eat, where to drink?

Barracas beach. Along the beaches. Once installed on the white sand beach, order your favorite drink in one of the servers barracas present throughout the bay. Drinks offered are many and varied: water, beer, juice, matt, soft drinks, caipirinhas, coconut drink with a straw ... not dying of thirst in Ipanema!
